The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, demonstrating the features and benefits of a software product, presenting compelling sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships and staying updated on industry trends to effectively position the software solution as a valuable asset to the client's operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer pain points and business requirements to match the appropriate software solution.
  • Deliver engaging presentations showcasing the software features and functionalities to potential clients.
  • Develop persuasive sales pitches highlighting the value proposition of the software and addressing customer concerns.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Submit a complete and accurate sales report / account status in a timely manner reflecting the sales pipeline and makes appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
  • Coordinate with Admin. Personnel for purchase of necessary materials as per sales order to ensure materials availability and minimize inventory costs.
  • Comply with company code of discipline; company memorandum and circulars, policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Born & raised in Malaysia
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail oriented and results driven
  • The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
  • 2-5+ sales experience - inside or outside - preferably in SaaS technology sales
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
