About the Programme

As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, developing high‑performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Rotations

• Rotation 1 : Retail Associate – Start your journey on the sales floor, becoming a customer service role model. Handle fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishments, and more while engaging in business management workshops and discussions with the COO.
• Rotation 2 : Assistant Store Manager – Step up to managerial responsibilities, lead the team, shape schedules, provide training, drive sales, manage a product category, and contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Rotation 3 : Store Manager – Support UNIQLO in optimizing business performance, design strategic shop‑floor layouts, develop training plans, and ensure the store exceeds daily expectations. Successful completion opens the door to leading a multi‑million revenue store.
