What You'll Responsible For :

Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the WASM’s financial performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.

Maintain and develop various financial models using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) to ensure quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.

Support in finance process improvement, internal controls and risk management i.e. to share best practices and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance team.

Support business in pursuit financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.

Provide deep finance subject matter expertise and knowledge to the project team, for specific finance area / process, identify risks, and to enable the successful assessment or implementation of ERP solution.

Perform ad-hoc queries and supports from various counterparts when needed.

Assisting the Management of Finance of this organisation in other designated or non-routine tasks.

What Experience and Skills Required :

Possessed a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Finance / Economics.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field.

Preferably someone from Multinational Companies / Shared Service backgrounds.

A team player with the capability to work independently when needed. Good written and spoken English is a must.

Proficient in MS office applications especially MS Excel

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess good business acumen.

Proficiency with financial software packages (SAP), MS office and BI tools (Tableau and / or Power BI) will be a good advantage.
