Senior Executive / Executive (Corporate Finance & Investment Support)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant to support our corporate finance and investment activities. This is not a routine desk job - we need someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, has a “get‑things‑done” mindset, and can think creatively to solve problems. You will be working closely with senior management on investment structuring, fundraising, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and reports for corporate finance projects.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Provide administrative and execution support on fundraising, structuring deals, and compliance matters.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (investors, partners, regulators, advisors) when required.
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Support management in proprietary investment activities and special projects.
