We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Admin Executive to join the HR team at Zoomlion Heavy Industry (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Main job scope : Recruitment
• Coordinating and executing HR administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, leave management, payroll processing, and benefits administration
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Providing administrative support to the HR team and collaborating cross-functionally
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
