Job description

Ingredient Preparation

Wash, cut, peel, and prepare raw ingredients
Assist in basic deboning tasks
Portion ingredients according to recipe
Maintain hygiene standards at all prep stations

Production Support

Assist in mixing ingredients according to recipes

Support packing team when required

Product Packing according label weight

Transport ingredients between kitchen & packing area

Hygiene & Cleaning

Wash utensils and ensure kitchen cleanliness

Clean equipment, tables, trays, and washing room

Maintain tidy working environment at all times

Follow HACCP hygiene SOP strictly

Operational Tasks

Assist Production Supervisor in daily workflow

Help track simple inventory (vegetables, proteins, packaging)

Record basic data (template provided)

Support ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth production
