Executive Finance & Accounts (Costing)

Snapshot of the role :

We are looking for Senior Executive – Finance and Accounts to assist in overseeing cost accounting activities, analysing production costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves working closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency and profitability in a food manufacturing environment.

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes for the manufacturing unit.
• Monitor and analyse production costs, material costs, labour costs, and overhead expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted costs) and recommend cost-control measures.
• Assist in setting product pricing strategies by evaluating cost structures and market conditions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in preparing annual budgets and cost forecasts.

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods inventory.

Prepare cost reports and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to enhance cost efficiency.
