Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Pattern Maker with expertise in CAD-based pattern design to join our technical design and production team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in garment construction and pattern development for protective clothing or workwear, ensuring functionality, comfort, and compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and grade garment patterns using CAD systems (Richpeace or similar).
• Interpret design sketches and technical specifications to create accurate digital patterns.
• Ensure pattern accuracy, fit, and alignment with fabric performance and protective standards.
• Collaborate closely with the design, sampling, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain pattern libraries and ensure version control within the CAD system.
• Conduct sample fittings and make pattern adjustments as required.
• Support continuous improvement in pattern efficiency, fabric utilization, and garment comfort.
