Admin and Warehouse Assistant

Job descriptionManage incoming and outgoing spare parts and tools according to company SOPs. Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy. Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as GRN (Goods Received Note), DO (Delivery Order), and stock transfer forms. Support parts issuance to service engineers and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with audit requirements. Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and shipment tracking. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 2 years of working experience in service administration, warehouse, or related fields (preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP / WMS systems. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantage). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Team player with cross-functional coordination ability. Integrity, responsibility, and accountability in handling warehouse stock.
