What We Need :

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and business users to define clear development scopes and drive successful project execution. You’ll play a key role in analyzing requirements, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth UAT processes. Key Responsibilities :

• To gather user requirements and to produce requirement documentation by working closely with the project stakeholders including developers, product owners and business users.
• Able to present “stories” to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• To be a product knowledge expert who can think in business’s perspective.
• To elicit the final scope of development by conducting proper business requirement analysis (dependencies, prioritization and gap analysis).
• To work with software engineers, project managers to provide conceptual solution design and delivery plans.
• To facilitate UAT execution, working closely with business users and to follow‑up with developers on bugs fixing progress.
• Conduct user training sessions in both English and Mandarin.
