In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing outstanding service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality control and follow-up as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide comprehensive support to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.
