About Job

Job Responsibilities

• Work with large sets of data to prepare forecast reports and analysis (vs prior forecasts / budgets) for the Leadership team. Manage key inputs for practice P&Ls, support the delivery management teams through financial analysis.
• Lead financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast).
• Perform end-to-end project accounting management of selected practice teams.
• Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams such as accounting, HR, and sales teams to understand needs and provide support to business requests.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses. Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required.
• Be your business teams’ go-to operational and financial partner.
