Qualifications
- French language speaker is a must, native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese language.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- With knowledge or 1+ years of hands‑on experience in the fintech or blockchain industry will be an advantage.
- Familiar with professional English email writing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good and positive attitude with a keen interest in learning.
- Previous customer service experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities
Offer amazing customer service in Vietnamese.Handle customer inquiries and complaints through different channels like email and chat.Make sure to respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive pre‑ and post‑service for all products.Primarily handle upgrade services, complex issues, and customer complaints, providing swift resolutions, proficient service, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Track and document customer interactions to ensure consistent service and for future reference.Complete other Vietnamese related work as assigned.Benefits
