Senior Customer Service Executive

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Southern Latex Products Sdn Bhd in Sungai Bakap, Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients mainly from Europe and US, as well as Asia. What you'll be doing

Managing order processing and shipment arrangement Prepare proforma invoice, sale contract, shipping document, and follow up payment with customer Service and maintain good networking and relationships with existing customers Assist in internal efficient communication to resolve customer concerns Assist in marketing development / coordination and contribute to sales growth Prepare monthly sales reports and market analysis Handling overseas and local exhibitions when required Handling customer complaints Coordinating shipment inspection Attending overseas & local exhibitions when required What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business Administrative / Logistics or Equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing or customer service, preferably in gloves, personal protective equipment field Familiar with international business, export coordination and logistics handling Fluent in English for both verbal and writing; Mandarin speaker is an added advantage Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel Possess good teamwork, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision What we offer
