Job description

Responsibilities

Monitor and validate overnight batch processing jobs
Prepare and verify start‑of‑day files for trading readiness
Resolve technical support tickets during overnight hours
Track and document findings for audit and handover
Escalate unresolved issues promptly to onshore engineers

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Min. 3 years experience in IT / software (support or backend)

Familiarity with MySQL, Java, Spring, Linux / Unix

Basic knowledge of containers (Kubernetes) and message queues (Kafka)

Strong Mandarin communication skills
