Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and / or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and / or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Job Description

Summary :

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing preventative maintenance and repair on electrical systems, machines and general facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Able to carry out basic Electrical, Air Conditioner Systems and Building repair.
• Daily inspection on facilities equipment
• Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Starting up, shutting down and monitoring facility equipment.
• Adhering to safe working practices.
• Complete and maintain proper records.
• Ensuring the operation of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repairs and maintaining appropriate equipment inventories.
