The Role

You’ll be the backbone of our Malaysia finance operations, handling day-to-day bookkeeping, driving month-end closes, and acting as the bridge between our local team and China HQ. You’ll learn the ropes of corporate accounting, support audit and tax data preparation, and build the skills to one day lead our growing Singapore finance function.

Onsite, Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll :

• Prepare accounting records & journal entries
• Review and record staff expense claims
• Close the month-end : produce financial statements
• Collaborate with our China HQ : review subsidiary accounts, convert to standard formats, and join / lead Chinese-language review meetings (calls, email, WeChat)
• Assist with tax & audit data prep
• Support ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks
