Your Mission

• To assist in managing staff within the OP Agronomy team, setting and monitoring team objectives including identifying training requirements and performance management.
• To assist in managing the agronomic research and trials to improve agronomic and agricultural practices in the estate.
• Provide guidance and inspection on nursery related matters.
• Coordinate, monitor and plan fertilizer recommendation programme for oil palm and other crops for SD Guthrie Berhad Group of Estates.
• To provide training on various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive staff of estates.
• Provide technical advices to estates’s management, regional support team and HQ
• Carry out feasibility study for new agricultural development & soil survey on both new and existing estates.
