Job descriptionTo formulate new product formulations and source for new chemicals / fragrance according to marketing demand or R&D Brief. To improve the existing formulation to a better product in terms of cost, texture, fragrance & etc. To carry out 3 months stability test and follow up on the status of the projects given. To validate the production flow and ensure the stability and quality of the new confirmed products. In-charge of new product trial run & commercial run once the formula is confirming with preparation of BMR & costing. To be able to guide and counsel assistants towards company policy & perform according to their jobs requirements. Utilize and apply the use of RDMS software. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Others Requirement
- Master or Bachelor of Science, Major in Chemistry / Biology / Bio Technology / Bio Chemistry.
- 5 years working experience in personal care industry in FMCG line.
- Strong technical know-how.
- Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.
- Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power-Point.
