Kipinä Kids, the world’s fastest-growing Finnish-inspired international preschool network, is looking for a Lead Teacher to join our flagship campus in Eco Majestic, Semenyih.

About the Role

The Lead Teacher plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Kipinä Programme across all age levels. You’ll guide, coach, and inspire teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring that our high‑quality, play‑based learning philosophy is evident in every classroom.

You will :

• Oversee curriculum planning and classroom implementation across the nursery.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and teaching assistants.
• Lead classroom management and programme quality audits.
• Support teacher recruitment and contribute to academic resource planning.
• Collaborate with the Principal to uphold and enhance Kipinä’s educational standards.
