Job descriptionConsistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques. Interact with customers across all touchpoints in the sales process, offering personalised assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing shop displays, following store SOPs, and ensuring the store environment is clean, organised, and welcoming. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, while assisting with stock checks and inventory management as needed. Demonstrate reliability by arriving to work on time and ready to contribute to daily store operations. Support the team by carrying out any tasks or duties assigned by supervisors, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. Basic proficiency in English – able to read, and communicate effectively Basic computer skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift schedules. Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
