Job descriptionVerify and process supplier invoices for raw materials, logistics, utilities, and packaging materials. Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and goods received notes (GRN). Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely settlement to suppliers. Issue invoices to distributors, supermarkets, and wholesale customers. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare supporting documents for management reports, including expense analysis, sales summaries, and cost breakdowns. Support annual audits by preparing required schedules and reconciliations. Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting records. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system (e.g. SQL)
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
