A joint venture of one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia, our client is a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Managed Care Organisation (MCO) that also builds the connectivity applications and infrastructure for the exchange of transaction information through the Internet, linking up key players in the healthcare. Moreover, they have developed the first ever System in-built Medical Knowledge Based Administrative System to achieve cost containment yet not compromising quality of healthcare provided.

The new role

• Core responsibility is to design UI / UX for websites, mobile apps and web dashboards.
• Create conceptual diagrams, site maps, interaction flows, mock-ups, prototypes, storyboards, schematics / wireframes and detailed functional design specifications.
• Understand user-centric design approach. Able to analyse user behaviour & requirements to identify what users need and identify potential solutions.
• Create and maintain the design style guide and user experience guideline.
