Responsibilities

Proactively acquiring SME clients through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Leading negotiations and closing deals to expand the SME loan portfolio effectively.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ financing requirements and delivering tailored loan solutions aligned with their business needs.
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and excellent client experience.
Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years' sales experience in SME / Business Banking with a focus on SME financing and microfinancing products.

Established and extensive B2B network with SME clients and access to high‑profile SME contacts.

Demonstrates a proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented “hunter” mentality.

Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Available to join immediately.
