As a Senior AP Analyst in the Retail industry, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing accounts payable processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and a focus on ensuring accurate and timely financial operations in Malaysia.

Description

  • Oversee and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Senior AP Analyst should have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounts payable processes and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
