Head of Segment Marketing & Activation

Job descriptionStrategic Leadership & Planning Own the end-to-end segment marketing strategy and planning for all B2B segments. Align marketing and activation activities with segment sales objectives and customer needs. Market Insight & Proposition Development Champion market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis. Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies tailored to each segment. Campaign, Event & Activation Execution Lead the planning and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, activations, and sponsorships. Oversee logistics, budget, vendor relationships, and ensure impactful customer experiences. Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC) Management Strategically manage and optimise the MBIC as a showcase for Maxis Business solutions. Ensure premium customer engagement, daily operations, and technology infrastructure. Sales Enablement & Lead Management Equip sales teams with insights, training, and tools to engage prospects. Establish and optimise lead qualification and handoff processes with Sales. Performance Management & Reporting Define and track KPIs for all marketing, events, and MBIC activities. Provide regular, data-driven performance reviews and actionable insights to senior management. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and manage Segment Marketing, Events & Activation, and Innovation Centre Specialists. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key liaison with internal teams (Sales and Product / Solutions) and external partners (vendors, agencies). Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of all activities with business goals. Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
