Job Descriptions :
- Strategic HR Advisory : Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR matters.
- Learning & Development : Assess training needs, design and implement skill-building, leadership, and soft-skill programs.
- Culture & Change Management : Promote organizational values, diversity & inclusion, and support change initiatives.
- Industrial Relations : Ensure and maintain harmonious industrial relations within the organization.
- Payroll Management :
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations including handling payroll queries, updating the payroll master file, making revisions, and computing adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead C&B reviews, job grading exercises, and market benchmarking studies.
- Support the organization’s talent management and retention strategies.
- HR Reporting & Budgeting :
- Consolidate and analyze HR data to prepare reports for HR budgeting, manpower costing, and compensation planning.
- HR Systems & Data Integrity :
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Performance Management :
- Oversee and support the full performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
- Policy Compliance :
- Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Recruitment & Retention :
- Manage recruitment processes and provide insights into talent trends.
- Recommend and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Employee Benefits & Welfare :
- Administer employee leave and insurance benefits efficiently.
- HR Documentation :
- Prepare and manage all HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and resignation acceptances.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR analytics with business objectives.
- HR Framework Development :
- Contribute to structuring a robust HR system and practices that support professional HR career development within the organization.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resources Management.We need a hand on person.
