Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience in sales within the packaging industry (paper packaging, lamination preferred). Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Strong technical knowledge of packaging applications; ability to learn quickly. Proven track record in account management and business development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Based in Malaysia; willing to travel within the country. - As a Sales Manager in the packaging industry, you will drive sales growth in Malaysia, focusing on paper packaging, lamination, and labels.
- Manage and develop relationships with converters and brand owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand market share.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers.
