Social Media Content Executive

Overview

Incubase Arena Malaysia is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role will focus on producing engaging content that excites anime, gaming, and pop culture fans while driving awareness for our events, exhibitions, and pop-up shops. You will be responsible for ensuring our online voice is authentic, fan-first, and aligned with the Incubase Arena brand.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation : Plan, create, and publish creative social media content (posts, videos, reels, stories, memes, etc.) to engage fans and promote events.
• Community Engagement : Interact with fans online, respond to comments / messages, and foster a strong sense of community across platforms.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with anime, gaming, and pop culture trends to produce timely and relevant content.
• Campaign Support : Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid ad promotions.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure content reflects the tone, style, and voice of Incubase Arena.
