Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, brand mentions, and industry trends, and respond promptly where needed
- Take a hands-on approach in managing and posting daily social media content
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in social media content creation and marketing would be a plusStrong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skillsProficiency in English; Mandarin is a plusAbility to analyze data and present actionable insightsKnowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plusWorking hours
Monday to Friday 9 : 30am – 5 : 30pm; Saturday 9 : 30am to 1 : 00pm
