Job descriptionBachelor’s in Biotechnology, Medical Science, or related field Minimum 8 years in medical devices sales (3 years in sales leadership) Proven success in ENT, neuro, or surgical portfolios Strong in business development, relationship management , and sales strategy Passionate about innovation and improving patient outcomes
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead growth and expand market share within our ENT and Neuro portfolio of cutting‑edge medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team
- Drive business development and execute targeted sales strategies
- Build and manage strong KOL relationships and stakeholder rapport
- Develop and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion and growth
- Use data and CRM insights to track performance and drive improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to deliver results
