What you’ll do

• Fully support the Customer Service team by gaining deep insight into business operations and team dynamics, accurately aligning with business strategies, and ensuring the efficient implementation of HR initiatives.
• Identify organizational opportunities and challenges, applying advanced HR theories, tools, and methodologies to provide effective solutions in talent development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring successful execution.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and high‑performing work environment, actively addressing real issues, communicating accurately and efficiently, and improving team outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage diverse recruitment channels to accurately meet talent needs, design personalized growth paths and development programs based on team status, and drive the execution of talent development plans.
• Understand the evolving talent and organizational needs driven by business growth, support periodic reviews of organizational structure and talent inventory, and mobilize all available resources to enhance organizational, team, and individual capabilities.
