Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seremban for a Customer Insights and Engagement Lead.

The role involves

• analyzing customer data to gain insights, enhancing customer satisfaction
• providing tools and event supports to outlets
• developing engagement strategies and manage events.
• conducting market research, and working closely with various teams to implement customer-centric initiatives.
