This position reports to : Project Operations Manager.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Execute technical assignments and deliver solutions within agreed timeline and standards.
• Showcase expertise by providing technical and service support that develops internal sales, tendering, and project teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee engineering and technical aspects of a project.
• Review technical documents and engineering drawings from ABB factories and vendors, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and Malaysian electrical standards.
• Review customer returned drawings and participate in core technical meetings at customer sites and factory premises (physically or remotely).
• Serve as local technical specialist for AIS, GIS, RMU, etc., providing solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical support for resolving issues.
