Manager, Commercial Excellence, APAC will develop and execute commercial excellence capabilities across the APAC region (Greater India, South Korea, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand). The role is centered on data management, data flow and developing enablement & analytics capabilities across APAC. It entails close coordination, acting as a bridge between APAC leadership, APAC Marketing and local stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistency and data flow efficiency to support various commercial excellence and analytics functions.

It also involves tactically executing, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, specific business operations initiatives crucial to the success of APM business in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Management, Data Flow, Data Rectification to ensure timely and reliable data source to ensure sustainability of Enablement capabilities across APAC (e.g., secondary sales and in‑market sales data flow and accuracy from JDE, distributors, and SFDC).
• Territory & product mapping, install base (capital) bundle, ASP.
• Account for channel management / warehouse split, specific manual changes.
• Manage APM and BD systems and data integration to ensure all data are synchronized flawlessly without compromising accuracy.
• Develop enablement capabilities for APAC strategy and commercial excellence in accordance with direction of APAC leaders (e.g., marketing & sales performance analytics dashboard across APAC, CRM, digital analytics).
• Coordinate specific APAC strategy and business excellence initiatives to derive business insights and commercial success, including : supporting budget (AOP) process, strategic plan processes, SIP calculations, P‑club updates, analysis of territory profitability & productivity, SIP plan design.
• Work in partnership with peers across APAC region to ensure appropriate data accuracy and integrity and data flow process.
• Work as part of the APAC strategy and operations team to develop and execute key projects that are key to ensuring deep business insight for leadership, sales, brand marketing, clinical services, and professional education team members.
• Lead APAC price management initiatives : act as regional pricing coordinator and liaison with global APM pricing team; coordinate between APAC regional and local country teams (India, SEA & ANZ) on pricing implementation to ensure profitability and compliance to pricing control guidelines.
• Miscellaneous works : manage various ad‑hoc tasks arising from business needs in daily operations, new dashboard initiatives.
• Liaise with stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business applications where needs arise.
• Skills : advanced Excel, Power BI, data management skill and / or ERP system experience highly preferred; team player, collaborative, data integrity driven, accountable & self‑driven.
