Lab Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulk loading equipment to transfer flour from production areas to trucks.
• Ensure the timely and efficient loading of bulk flour into trucks.
• Monitor loading rates and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Collect samples of flour from bulk loading operations and conduct quality tests to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of quality test results and report any deviations to the Quality Control team.
• Perform routine laboratory tests on flour samples to assess key quality parameters, including moisture content, protein content, and other relevant characteristics.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the maintenance department.
• Collaborate effectively with production staff, quality control teams, and logistic departments to facilitate efficient operations and product quality.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the bulk loading area and laboratory. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.
• Willing to work shifts.
