What you'll be doing as Customer Service Assistant
- Respond to customer's inquiry.
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target.
- Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.
- Prospect our services to walk-in customers.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or customer service role.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.A self‑motivated and proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.Able to communicate and read Mandarin is an added advantage.What we offer
