They are seeking for a highly skilled Web3 Social Media Senior to oversee and execute the social media strategy with a primary focus on Twitter and Discord.

Job Description

• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for Twitter and Discord that aligns with GamingVault’s branding and goals.
• Content Creation & Campaigns : Create and curate engaging content, including posts, announcements, and discussions. Develop and track social media campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize engagement.
• Campaign Management : Manage social media campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Use analytics tools to monitor success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Community Engagement : Actively engage with followers on Twitter and Discord by responding to questions, hosting AMAs, and fostering an active, loyal community.
• Moderator Management : Oversee a team of remote moderators, providing training and setting expectations to ensure a high standard of interaction within the community.
• Chatter Management : Monitor community discussions on Discord and Twitter to ensure alignment with GamingVault’s values, managing negative comments or guiding conversations when necessary.
• Discord Server Management : Set up and manage Discord servers and channels, hosting events, moderating discussions, and driving community engagement.

Twitter Growth : Develop strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and audience reach on Twitter.
