Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers’ needs (process sales orders)
Core Responsibilities :
Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries
Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Account, Quality Assurance)
Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments
Receive all customer-supplied items delivered to the plant, and arrange delivery or self-collection of products
Plan material schedule for key private label customers
Prepare costing, quotations and administrative duties of the Business Development department
Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
Analyze customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Business Development Manager on follow-up actions
Assist Senior Business Development Executive in managing and developing identity and related marketing collaterals of in-house brands
Manage SAP B1 system and update relevant information (product codes, orders) for production and operations
