• Manage Overall Tender Process with adherence to the approved tender procedures.
• Planning, tracking and update overall development tendering packages and award.
• Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing and record keeping.
• Analyze and evaluate tender submissions for making recommendation.
• Interview, negotiate and appointment of Consultants.
• Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Development Team, Engineering Team & End-users.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the works of subordinates.
• Prepare, recommend and present to Tender Committee for contract approval / award.
• Prepare and / or review Letter of Award.
• Review final contract document before official binding, signing and stamping.
