Epic Collective is seeking a Events & Customer Experience Executive at PARC, Subang Jaya

The candidate will be reporting to the Property & Community Lead. The scope requires the candidate to manage the upkeep of a community park and its assets & facilities while actively engaging with community stakeholders to create a vibrant and participative community through and around the space.

As the Events & Customer Experience Executive, you will play a key role in organising community-driven events, enhancing visitor experiences, and managing social media engagement in collaboration with the Marketing & Placemaking Teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction, both in-person and online, reflects our values and enhances our presence in the community space.

Immediate. Available contracts : 3 months, 6 months, 12 months.

Essential Job Functions

Develop, plan, and execute events, workshops, and pop-ups that align with company vision, mission and goals.

Assist the Marketing Team in scheduling and posting approved social media content related to events and community activities.

Work closely with tenants, vendors, and community partners to create collaborative activations.

Analyse event and social media performance to identify areas for improvement.
