POSITION OVERVIEW

To develop new business for Durable Assembling markets(including Industry, Filter, Textile, Maintenance ) in Southeast Asia. Identify market trend ， develop and implement 5 years business plan for the identified market . Working together with sales team to growth business and deliver the budget.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Research on the market trend and develops and supports the strategy map / customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth.
• Supports Sales in new technologies / projects / products through deep understanding of product / market / technology / customer.
• Collaborate closely with Sales / TS / RD and Operation to develop the innovation solution, systematically execute project, and deliver expected financial target.
• Be creative and work with industry partner (OEM, co-supplier, association) to develop differentiated solutions
• Build expertise in target segment / application / technology and promote solution thru public seminar / tradeshow / specific customer event.
• Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exhibition, trade fairs.
• Prepare and submit the market report and action plan for new market.
• At least 5+ years working experience for business development at Industry / Filter / Textile / Maintenance fields;
• Well organized, process and data driven, producing accurate and timely reports.
• Analytical ability to develop business cases and analyze market data.
• Good communication skill with English and Chinese
• Ability to travel frequently.
