Overview

Join to apply for the Sales and Marketing Manager role at Pakai Industries Berhad .

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings & other building materials to developers, architects, retailers & contractors.
  • Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, introductions, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
  • Negotiate with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company's best interest.
  • Oversee the team to ensure timely follow‑up on delivery, shortages, and complaint matters.
  • Monitor and drive the team to achieve the monthly collection targets.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experience.
  • Good management skills plus ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning and presentation skills.
  • Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software, CRM, and general computer skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • This role requires regular travel; candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.
  • Good contacts with developers, architects & interior designers.
