Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven individual to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consultancy skills and proven project experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across industries. You will also propose tailored solutions to clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing insights and tailored solutions that address their unique business needs.
• Lead and manage project work, ensuring timely and effective delivery in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand opportunities within their networks.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Performance Metrics include Revenue Growth, New Business Development, Client Retention & Satisfaction, Project Delivery Success, Pipeline Management and Market Engagement.
