Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with SQL, UML, or ERP systems is an advantage.

You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that system requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

- Gather, document, and analyze user requirements.
- Design system workflows, specifications, and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Provide user training, support, and system documentation.
