ACCOUNT OFFICER

Overview

Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping. Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts. Preparing financial reports and statements as required. Providing administrative support to the accounting team. Liaising with clients and vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities.

What we're looking for

• Min Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or any related field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team
