Job descriptionConduct constant research online and in social media to spot potential business leads and new markets the company can explore Communicate with potential clients to establish good rapport and arrange for meetings Prepare presentation decks for pitching, reports, and feedback to upper management Identify candidates for open positions within the company and manage the recruitment process including initial assessments and interviews Assist in developing sales goals for the teams and ensuring they are met Strengthen the internal processes to ensure a more efficient and effective operation in the company Maximise internal PR efforts through research and monitoring the media Strong skills in presentation, communication, and people management at all levels Strong skills in presentation, time management, and planning Proven working experience in business development or a similar role Relevant industry and market knowledge Entry level Full‑time Business Development and Sales IT Services and IT Consulting
