We are looking for a highly talented individual to join as Business Development Manager, Malaysia . This person should be a natural Sales Hunter , ready to find and reach out to potential clients, as well as renew our valued existing clients. The Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director, and you’ll be identifying new opportunities, closing deals, renewing key clients, and representing Integrity in high‑level business environments. If you are a born deal‑maker who loves the chase and thrives on building relationships, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and convert new business opportunities across Malaysia
  • Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars, cocktails, etc.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers according to client needs and objectives
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations & solution‑based pitching
  • Negotiate terms and close deals confidently
  • Identify market demands, trends, and competition benchmarking
  • Build industry partnerships and expand our business network
  • Renew and strengthen relationships with existing valued clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions related to sales activities
  • Deliver agreed sales targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling consulting / professional services
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written; mastery of other languages will be an added advantage
  • Natural “hunter” mentality
  • Skilled in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Highly driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Confident and persuasive in approaching new potential clients
  • Adept at delivering presentations and sales pitches
  • Thrives on reaching agreed targets
  • Resourceful in finding new leads and converting
  • Strong professional network in Malaysia
  • Willing to travel and comfortable field prospecting, reaching out to potential clients

  • Masters a range of sales skills and methodologies
  • Proficient in English – oral and written
  • Persuasive and confident communicator
  • Strong presentation skills
