Soori Penang seeks a polished, service-driven Head Concierge to lead the guest services team at our ultra‑luxury heritage property in George Town. As the face of our guest experience, you will orchestrate all aspects of arrivals, itineraries, and local discoveries — ensuring each guest’s stay unfolds with calm precision and a sense of place.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train concierge and guest relations teams to deliver personalised service.
• Curate and oversee bespoke itineraries encompassing dining, culture, and transport.
• Build strong local networks with artisans, galleries, and cultural partners.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion, tact, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Front Office for seamless operations.
• Manage guest feedback and ensure continuous enhancement of guest experience.
