Senior Accountant / Senior Accounting Analyst

Air Products’ Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) Development Program seeks young professionals eager to advance their careers in accounting and finance. The three‑year program will provide you – as an accounting analyst – an opportunity to rotate among functional accounting teams in the KL Accounting COE, encompassing various aspects of the Company’s financial reporting process. Accounting Analyst will be provided with a pathway to complete their professional accounting qualification as Air Products Shared Services Sdn Bhd is the recognized employer for ACCA and CPA Australia.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting close, including posting of journal entries, generating and analyzing reports for the functional account(s).
• Balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements.
• Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data.
• Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
